Refund and Returns Policy
OVERVIEW
Our refund and return policy lasts for 30 days. If it has been more than 30 days since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot exchange or refund you in full.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also include the original packaging, receipt, proof of purchase, and any gifts (if any).
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:
Other non-returnable items such as gift cards, promotional items, and free gifts.
Products that are more than 30 days old since your purchase
Any item that is no longer in its original condition, damaged, or missing for reasons not due to our fault.
RETURNS
To return an item, please write to us at [email protected] and request a refund. We will provide you with specific instructions on where to return the product.
The customer is responsible for the return label. The customer will send their product to one of the USPS stores. The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges for returned products unless otherwise stated.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for a similar item, please email us first at [email protected]
REFUNDS
After we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return. We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved or denied.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you have not received your refund yet, please check your bank account first, it may take some time before we officially notify you of your refund.
If you have checked and still have not received your money, please contact us for assistance.
CHANGING AND CANCELLING ORDERS
We understand that circumstances can change, which is why we offer a 24-hour window to modify or cancel an order. Simply contact us and if your order has not yet been processed, we will accommodate your request without any hassle.
